Last weekend I got to go home for Easter and Conference. It was so nice to be around family on such a holiday. Thank you mom and dad for letting me come home! I loved every minute of it. Here are some things we did:
Family Easter party - (pics below) We had a yummy dinner, an easter egg hunt, egg relay, fish pond, and a cupcake walk. To top it all off, the weather was gorgeous so we spent most of our time in the backyard!!
Saturday morning we woke up and watched General Conference. With Sunday being Easter, we had our coffee cake on Saturday, another reason I'm glad I got to go home :) Then that evening while the boys went to Priesthood, the girls went to Hannah's and played there. Thanks Hannah for letting us come over!!!
Then on Sunday, after Conference, family came over and we had our Easter dinner. Unfortunately I had to leave in a hurry because I had to catch my flight back to Utah, but nonetheless, it was wonderful to be home for at least part of the day!!
For my Meal Management class, we were awarded extra credit if we set the table for Easter dinner. Obviously, I took that oppoortunity, and this is what I came up with. (Thank you mom for having this stuff around your house!!!)
(Above is the little girls table that I set for Mimi, Bonka, and the girls to sit at while the parents sat in the dining room. In case you were wondering, yes, I am still a little girl so I did eat at this table :))
(And this was the 'adult' table for all of the parents to sit at)

It was so fun having you home to celebrate with us!! Thanks for all you did to help with the very nummy meals and for setting such cute tables :) I still haven't taken the dining room table apart...it was just too cute!
